Jaxon T. McDaniel
Baking for 22 years in Hamilton
- 🇨🇦 Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
- The Lotus Trades Guild
- 1990 to 2012
- English
I've worked in baking from 1990 to 2012. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,280 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I watch every football match going.
More about Jaxon
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Jaxon: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
