Jaxon P. Carr

Master of baking, now teaching apprentices

  • 🇬🇧 Derry, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
  • The Derry Shop
  • 1981 to 1992
  • English
I've worked in baking from 1981 to 1992. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 340 apprentices. I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I fix old bicycles.
