Jaxon B. McCoy
Retired social studies teacher from Harbor Middle School
- 🇬🇧 Nottingham, England, United Kingdom
- Harbor Middle School
- 2015 to 2023
- English
For eight years I was the social studies teacher at Harbor Middle School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Jaxon
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me social studies in 2019 at Harbor Middle School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard. Thank you again.
