Javier W. Orozco
Mentor in small business and first-generation students
- 🇨🇴 Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia
- Bucaramanga Youth Network
- Since 1982
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 790 people through Bucaramanga Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
