Javier H. Fernández
Mentor in nursing and software
- 🇺🇸 Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States
- Trinity Foundation
- 1998 to 2009
- English, Spanish
For eleven years I've mentored people in nursing and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Javier
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Javier: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
