Javeria Afshan Kazmi
Professor of economics, Quetta University

I spent eleven years as a lecturer in economics at Quetta University in Quetta. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Javeria
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Javeria: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
