Welding, done properly

I've worked in welding from 1978 to 2008. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,020 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
More about Jasper
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Jasper: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
