Jasmine D. Torres
Bass player and teacher in Quezon City
- 🇵🇭 Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Quezon City Choir
- Since 1979
- English, Filipino
I play bass and jazz. I started in 1979 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 11 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I garden badly but happily.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Jasmine
I write my first song when I was 18. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Jasmine: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
