Jannat Mim Haque
Teacher at Maple Ridge Secondary School, loves economics

For nine years I was the economics teacher at Maple Ridge Secondary School. I taught the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 310 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Jannat
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Jannat: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
