For 19 years I've mentored people in trades and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Janhavi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Janhavi: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
