Janet Ruth Salim
25 years teaching history in Nakuru
- 🇰🇪 Nakuru, Nakuru, Kenya
- Nakuru Public School
- Since 1993
- English, Swahili
Nakuru Public School is my second home. I teach history there since 1993, mostly Grade 11.
Over the years I've had 1,020 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Janet
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
