I've been a nurse for 37 years, most of them in rehabilitation at Acacia Children's Hospital in Kumasi. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
