Janet Njeri Tumusiime
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇰🇪 Eldoret, Uasin Gishu, Kenya
- Old Eldoret Repairs
- 2018 to 2025
- English
I'm a thatching specialist. If you live around Eldoret, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Janet
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
