Janet G. Mitchell
Rugby and fitness coach, Sacramento
- 🇺🇸 Sacramento, California, United States
- 2010 to 2025
- English
For 15 years I ran the rugby program at Sacramento Athletic Club in Sacramento. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I played music while people worked.
More about Janet
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
