Janet E. Burns
Guitar player and teacher in Newcastle
- 🇦🇺 Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia
- Newcastle Quartet
- Since 2010
- English
I play guitar and bass. I started in 2010 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 6 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Janet: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
