Janet B. Howard

Helping people break into trades

  • 🇬🇧 Swansea, Wales, United Kingdom
  • Bayview Learning Hub
  • Since 1986
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,360 people through Bayview Learning Hub. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.

More about Janet

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Janet: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
