I taught social studies at Jacaranda High School in San Diego from 1981 to 2005. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I ran the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
Thank you for stopping by.

What gifts mean to Janet: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
