Janaka Kumara Wickramasinghe
Chaplain and community helper
- 🇱🇰 Negombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Baobab Parish
- 2004 to 2019
- English, Sinhala
I've served Baobab Parish in Negombo from 2004 to 2019. My days are mostly visiting, listening and helping people carry things, sometimes literally.
We run a weekly meal that everyone's welcome at, whatever they believe. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
