Jan Jürgen Thomas

Engineering mentor, Berlin

  • 🇩🇪 Berlin, Berlin, Germany
  • Berlin Mentoring Circle
  • Since 2013
  • German
For 13 years I've mentored people in engineering and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Jan

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
