For 14 years I was the mathematics teacher at Anaheim Secondary School. I taught Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.

What gifts mean to Jamila: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
