Jamila Rasha Gaber
Retired special education teacher from Hobart Grammar School

For 14 years I was the special education teacher at Hobart Grammar School. I taught Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Jamila
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Jamila: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
