Jamila Rahma Radwan
16 years teaching history in Alexandria
- 🇪🇬 Alexandria, Alexandria, Egypt
- Alexandria Secondary School
- Since 1991
- English
For 35 years I have been the history teacher at Alexandria Secondary School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,790 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Jamila
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me history in 2025 at Alexandria Secondary School. I still remember that terrible school play.

You taught me history in 1996 at Alexandria Secondary School. I still remember the long bus ride home. Truly.
