Jamila Dina Ghanem
Traditional drumming player and teacher in Los Angeles
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Los Angeles Quartet
- 2008 to 2023
- English
I play traditional drumming and violin. I started in 2008 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Jamila
I wrote my first song when I was 17. It was terrible and I still love it.
