For nine years I ran the football program at Sheffield Community Club in Sheffield. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answered every email, even at midnight.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Jameson
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Jameson: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
