Jameson A. Ortiz
30 years teaching computer science in Oakland
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Since 2017
- English, French
For nine years I have been the computer science teacher at Oakland Middle School. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 200 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Jameson: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
