For 45 years I've mentored people in careers and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
What gifts mean to James: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first careers job in 2020. I still have your notes. Greetings from San Jose.
