- 2018 to 2025

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 220 people through Brookfield Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about James
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to James: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
