James Ouma Kipchoge
Volunteer mentor with Nairobi Association
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Association
- Since 1983
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,680 people through Nairobi Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
