James G. Vega
Youth cycling coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- San Diego Community Club
- 1981 to 2002
- English
For 21 years I ran the cycling program at San Diego Community Club in San Diego. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
What gifts mean to James: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
