James Daniel Bakari

Coached softball for 37 years in Dar es Salaam

  • 🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
  • Dar es Salaam Youth Club
  • 1986 to 2023
  • English, Swahili
I coached softball at Dar es Salaam Youth Club from 1986 to 2023. Most of my players were between 12 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday. I'm still learning every day.
