I coached athletics at Aberdeen Crescent Sports Club from 1994 to 2023. Most of my players were between 12 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.

What gifts mean to James: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
