James Athumani Tumusiime
Trades mentor, Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Community Trust
- Since 2008
- English, Swahili
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 470 people through Nairobi Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to James: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
