I taught biology at St. Anne's Grammar School in Chicago from 1995 to 2004. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I never turned anyone away.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about James
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to James: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
