I write local history. My work has appeared in Bayview Journal and a few places that have long since closed.
I run a small writing group that meets every second Thursday. I try to remember everyone's name.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Jamal: I'd put a gift toward a research trip.
