I teach computer science at Lakeview Academy in Mandeville since 1986. Most days I teach the final-year class, and I learn every name in the first week.
Over the years I've had 2,240 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

If you were in my the final-year class class, you probably remember the surprise birthday cake.

What gifts mean to Jamal: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
