Jamal Nasser Tannous
Self-taught glass art artist
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- The Cairo Art Collective
- 1983 to 2003
- English
I work mostly in glass art, sometimes illustration. My first show was in 1983 at The Cairo Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at The Cairo Art Collective, which keeps me honest.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Jamal
I've had 6 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

I bought one of your pieces in 2012. It's still the first thing I see in the morning. Greetings from Ogbomosho.
