For 14 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

You helped me get my first first-generation students job in 2015. I still have your notes. Greetings from Lahore.
