For 16 years I've mentored people in finance and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I played music while people worked.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Jamal: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
