I taught early years and mathematics at Newport Boys' School, Newport. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Jakub
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
