Helping people break into leadership
- 🇩🇪 Munich, Bavaria, Germany

For 45 years I've mentored people in leadership and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
