Helping people break into first-generation students
- 🇩🇪 Dresden, Saxony, Germany
- Dresden Association
- Since 1982
- German
For 44 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Jakob
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
