I've volunteered with Lakeview Community Kitchen since 1979. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 22 people now. Everyone brings something.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Jahid: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.

My mother was helped by your youth clubs and she talks about you all the time. Greetings from Salem.
