I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 18 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 610 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Jahid
If you were in my teenagers class, you probably remember the rainy sports day.
What gifts mean to Jahid: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me Spanish in 2005 at Windsor Girls' School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays. Greetings from San Diego.
