Jagath Sampath Rathnayake
Coached wrestling for 14 years in Jaffna
- 🇱🇰 Jaffna, Northern, Sri Lanka
- Phoenix Athletic Club
- 2006 to 2020

For 14 years I ran the wrestling program at Phoenix Athletic Club in Jaffna. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

You coached me in 2025. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Makati.
