Volunteer mentor with Gaya Community Trust
- 🇮🇳 Gaya, Bihar, India

- 1996 to 2009

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 480 people through Gaya Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
