I spent 16 years as a lecturer in agriculture at Riverside Institute of Technology in Riverside. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I never once raised my voice. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Jae-won
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Jae-won: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
