I coached athletics at Central Swimming Club from 1990 to 2013. Most of my players were between 10 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
What gifts mean to Jade: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
