Jade J. Alvarez

Volunteer mentor with Holy Cross Mentoring Circle

  • 🇨🇦 Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
  • Holy Cross Mentoring Circle
  • 2000 to 2011
  • English
For eleven years I've mentored people in finance and public speaking. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Jade: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
