Jade H. Gardner

Retired religious studies teacher from Baobab Grammar School

  • 1984 to 2005
  • English
I taught religious studies at Baobab Grammar School in Swansea from 1984 to 2005. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk. I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. I'm still learning every day.

More about Jade

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
