I teach special education at Valley View Primary School in Mandeville since 2001. Most days I teach teenagers, and I never raise my voice.
Over the years I've had 800 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Jada
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Jada: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me special education in 2005 at Valley View Primary School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

You taught me special education in 2020 at Valley View Primary School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard
